This powder is called COLOR HARDENER. This procedure is used to do a job with one solid color only. To make a two-tone color job, the same procedure will be used, and another powder called RELEASE POWDER will be added. Not all colors available have a release powder to make a two-tone color job and not all patterns can be used to make a two-tone color job.
